GLACIER G400 is a premium Ethylene Glycol-based coolant concentrate offering anti-freeze and anti-boil properties. Formulated with advanced Si-OAT (Silicate-Organic Acid Technology) inhibitors, it is free from Phosphates, Amines, Borates, and Nitrites. The long-life formulation ensures superior protection against rust, corrosion, cavitation, and cooling system degradation. GLACIER G400 meets the stringent VW TL 774-G (G12++) specification and provides an extended service life of up to 8 years or 500,000 kilometers.
Recommended for use in North American, European, and Japanese high-output gasoline engines in passenger cars, sport utility vehicles, vans, and light-duty trucks where API SP, SN Plus, ILSAC GF-6A, API SN, API SM, API SL quality oils are specified. These engine oils are suitable for vehicles running on gasoline and ethanol-containing fuels up to E85. They are also suitable for modern turbocharged direct injection gasoline engines that require LSPI protection. However, it’s important to note that ILSAC GF-6B is not backward compatible with older engines.
