GLACIER LTC-18 is a premium engine coolant concentrate designed to meet the latest requirements of high-performance engines, offering extended service life of up to 5 years or 250,000 km. This Si-OAT (Silicated Organic Acid Technology) formulation uses advanced organic acid technology combined with an ethylene glycol base to deliver outstanding protection for all cooling system components and metals, including aluminum. GLACIER LTC-18 is free of phosphates, nitrites, amines, and borates, ensuring optimal performance and compatibility.
Recommended for use in North American, European, and Japanese high-output gasoline engines in passenger cars, sport utility vehicles, vans, and light-duty trucks where API SP, SN Plus, ILSAC GF-6A, API SN, API SM, API SL quality oils are specified. These engine oils are suitable for vehicles running on gasoline and ethanol-containing fuels up to E85. They are also suitable for modern turbocharged direct injection gasoline engines that require LSPI protection. However, it’s important to note that ILSAC GF-6B is not backward compatible with older engines.
