HYDROL R&O is a premium rust and oxidation (R&O) inhibited circulating oil designed for use in a wide range of industrial applications. It is suitable for circulation systems, centrifugal air compressors, geared turbines, lightly loaded enclosed gear drives, and other equipment requiring effective protection against rust and oxidation.
Recommended for use in North American, European, and Japanese high-output gasoline engines in passenger cars, sport utility vehicles, vans, and light-duty trucks where API SP, SN Plus, ILSAC GF-6A, API SN, API SM, API SL quality oils are specified. These engine oils are suitable for vehicles running on gasoline and ethanol-containing fuels up to E85. They are also suitable for modern turbocharged direct injection gasoline engines that require LSPI protection. However, it’s important to note that ILSAC GF-6B is not backward compatible with older engines.
